Culture beats strategy. Strategy is important, but it's your culture that will determine if your strategy succeeds
Great culture does not happen by accident. It happens when leaders expect greatness and each person in the organization builds it, lives it, reinforces it, values it, and is willing to fight for it.
A culture is forming whether you like it or not. Be purposeful about creating a great culture.
